What should we build next?

An honest question rather than a rhetorical one.

The tool list grew by accretion — whatever seemed useful at the time. That produces breadth without depth, and we would rather spend the next stretch on fewer things done properly.

A few candidates we keep returning to:

• Better batch handling across the image tools: right now each one solves batching slightly differently.
• A real diff view for the text tools, rather than a character counter.
• Offline support — the tools already work without a network, but there is no service worker, so a reload without connectivity fails.

If something on the list is wrong, or something missing is more useful, say so. Concrete use cases carry more weight than feature names.
